Simply just point to the same download location every time, and only the changed files will be downloaded. In the case of things like MAME ROMs, this means that you don't need to download all the ROMs every time (and likewise, don't even need the update. Torrent uses hash checking to "heal" files. Only the "incorrect" files (ie: updated files from 0.103 to 0.104) will be updated.
